Shipping times have been adjusted to meet holiday demand. See what's available for your destination below and at checkout. 

Orders over USD $44 and CAD $64 always come with free standard shipping.

Free standard shipping doesn't apply to the following locations: Alaska and Hawaii; American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands; Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau. For these locations, there's only standard shipping for $10.95.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

US orders are shipped from the US. CA orders are shipped from CA. All orders placed by 12:00 CDT will be shipped the same day.


Track your order

When your order is ready for shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the link to follow its status.

You can also track your order on our website by entering your tracking number.

No shipping confirmation email?

It can take up to 2 days for a shipping confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. If it's not there, check your spam. If you haven't received anything, get in touch with us here.

Order hasn't arrived, but shipping status says it has?

It's a quirk that some shipping companies mark an order as delivered before it is. If it's been 24 hours and your order still hasn't arrived, contact us here.

Return, cancel or change your order

Returns

We have a 100-day returns policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason - even if you've used the product.

How to request a return

To request a return, fill in our returns form. You'll need your order number and the reason why the product didn't work out for you and what we can do to make it better.

Refunds

If your return is accepted, we'll notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping, we'll deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Cancelations and changes

Having second thoughts and want to cancel your order? Hang on and give your Loop earplugs a try first - you can always return them with our 100-day free returns.

If you still want to cancel, you can do so by contacting us within 2 hours of placing your order. The same applies for any changes. After this time, it's no longer possible to cancel or change your order, including redirecting to another address. Canceled orders will be refunded to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days
